Questions
What counts as a listing?
A listing is spent the first time you stage a photo or render a video on it. Uploading photos, editing details or writing a script is free. Re-staging or re-rendering the same listing does not spend another.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in one click from Settings, Billing, through Stripe's portal. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account goes back to the free plan. Nothing you made is deleted.
What about tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. GST, and PST for British Columbia addresses, are calculated by Stripe at checkout from your billing address and shown before you pay.
Is there a refund?
Annual plans have a 30-day refund window. Monthly plans and passes are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time.
What is fair use?
Each staged photo includes two rounds of variants. After that you get a nudge, and up to ten versions in total. It is counted in photos and listings, not in AI calls.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The free plan gives you one listing with five staged photos, one reel, one wide cut and one carousel, and posting to three accounts.
